You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the invoice date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I return my order?
Return Authorization Number，A Return Authorization Number must be obtained from TeddyKala, Inc. by emailing email@example.com. Please make sure you include the RA# inside the box with your returned items. All packages that are returned with no Return Authorization Number will be refused. TeddyKala will not be held responsible for any lost packages.
Are there any charges for returning my item?
We will not charge you for returning your item, however you must pay the cost of the return shipping. The exact price of this will depend on the item you are returning, your location and your chosen shipping method. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for any returned items that do not reach us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is broken and no longer in working condition, you will not receive a refund. We will initiate an exchange or refund depending on the condition the return is in. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you have changed your mind about your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to change it or cancel it for you. In some instances this may be possible, however this is not guaranteed. If the order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to make any changes or cancel the order for you. In these instances, you can make use of our returns policy.
